Freeport Home Medical Equipment supports the Rockford Ostomy Association, known as The Reroutes. Membership is for all ostomates, spouses, professionals, friends, and interested persons. The group meets monthly – September through June – on the third Monday of the month at 7:30 p.m., at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, 5666 East State Street, Rockford, IL. Dues are $10 per year.
